Refunds

purchase, you are entitled to a 150-day evaluation period to experience
the benefits of LottoSmart. We are confident that you will join the many

Eligibility for Refund
Before requesting a refund, please allow enough time for the product to
show its effects. We recommend using LottoSmart for at least 3 months to
fully evaluate its benefits. However, if you are not satisfied within
the first 150 days of receipt, you are eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, follow these steps:
Step 1: Verify that you are within the 150-day period from the delivery
date. You can confirm the delivery date using the tracking number
provided by our carrier.
Step 2: Send an email to our customer support at support@lottosmart.info
with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Please express your concerns
about the product in the email to help us understand how we can improve.
Step 3: Return all used or unused materials related to LottoSmart to the
following address: P.O. Box 90129 Lakeland FL, 33804. Include a note
with your full name, email address, and order ID to ensure your refund
is processed quickly. Please note that you are responsible for the
return shipping costs.
